There are many things to do at the finca and numerous nearby and area activities to keep the independent traveler and those with an adventurous spirit entertained.

The finca as a whole is comprised of over 300 acres and its mountains, forests, rivers and wildlife showcase the best of what Mother Nature has to offer in the Southern Zone. We realize how precious this land and our community is and we are happy to share it with the world, though we have limitations. Finca Bellavista was not intended as a resort, a lodge, a commercial canopy tour or a hotel. This is a residential treehouse community in its formative years. There are always many questions about Finca Bellavista , our community, how FBV came to be and the processes involved to create a home here.

In essence, Finca Bellavista is a rustic, yet comfortable, private retreat off the beaten path where owners and limited numbers of guests can explore the natural wonders of the rainforest and enjoy a simpler life. While we have grown accustomed to life on the outer fringes of civilization, life at the finca is not for everyone. In order to preserve the integrity of the community, the environment, and everything that has created this special home, there are things to know about to ensure that you and all members of your group are comfortable in this environment prior to beginning the Finca Bellavista journey.
