Because of our unique location in the Costa Rican rainforest, we lack a land line for direct telephone calls. 99.9% of our communications with the outside world are via email given logistical challenges present! However, you can call our U.S. voicemail at 301-560-7160 and leave a message, which will be forwarded to our email. You can also try to SKYPE us under the username FincaBellaVista.

We prefer not to give direct directions or our exact address at Finca Bellavista due to the unique nature of our project. We do not have the resources to handle drop-in or unscheduled visitors, so we ask that your party please contact us by email or voicemail prior to making plans to visit. Property tours by Finca Bellavista and its employees are only available by appointment or overnight visit only, and WE CANNOT ACCOMMODATE DROP-IN OR UNSCHEDULED VISITORS AND GUESTS. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause your party, but this is our home and we need to plan for visitors and guests in order to schedule days off, plan for deliveries, construction projects, and many, many other factors.

When planning your visit to Finca Bellavista, please remember that the treehouses and the land they exist on are PRIVATE PROPERTY. If your visit is not pre-arranged, you WILL NOT get to tour the property or see the treehouses. We can no longer accommodate day tours. All visitors and guests to Finca Bellavista must sign-in at our office and register their visit. If you do not register, you will be considered trespassing on private property.

Because we are a mom n' pop operation, we lack the human resources to handle bulk or en masse communications with the outside world. Rest assured that we appreciate your interest and it will likely take us a little bit of time to get back to you. We appreciate your patience if it takes a few hours or a day to get back to you. We typically have a 24-hour turnaround time,

but we take days off and plan vacations too, so we ask for your consideration in this matter.
