Perched overlooking the Golfo Dulce and nurtured by two whitewater rivers, the location of this unique enclave is unmatched in its magnificence and pulses with life. While it feels a world away, this 300+ acre preserve boasts easy access to some of the country’s most stunning natural assets, like National Parks, isolated beaches and epic mountainscapes. Those with a taste for adventure will feel right at home amongst the multitude of outdoor activities available on-site and nearby, such as hiking, birdwatching, diving, surfing, kayaking, windsurfing and deep-sea fishing.

Certain “creature comforts” are also present at Finca Bellavista. We are located 3 kilometers up a gravel road off the paved InterAmericana Highway, affording an ease of access seldom found with properties of this kind. A new international airport is scheduled for completion in the coming years and will be only a half hour away, making Finca Bellavista a reasonable commute and an easy escape from the hectic pace of life elsewhere in the world.

The thrill of residing in the treetops is a great way to experience a life less ordinary and enjoy the best of what Mother Nature has to offer. Each of our parcels vary in size from approximately ¾ to over 4 acres, and on average are two and a half acres each, offering all owners privacy and space. Our community amenities at base camp provide owners and guests with a space to gather together and enjoy life… whether for an everyday or special occasion. Parks and common areas have been preserved throughout the property for the enjoyment of residents and guests, and include cool and refreshing natural swimming pools beneath a number of waterfalls, canopy immersion via the network of Sky Trails, and numerous hiking trails. Finca Bellavista also has an on-site property management company to manage rentals for our owners and to provide a revenue stream for those who can only use their homes a portion of the year. We are also in the planning phases of creating a space that can accommodate larger groups seeking an intimate and truly unique location. We envision weddings, yoga, meditation and relaxation retreats, family reunions or student groups utilizing this area in the years to come.

Parcels are being sold in three phases; Phase One is sold out and there are only 4 parcels left in our Phase Two offering. These discounted, pre-infrastructure parcels are priced far below comparable regional market values in order to raise funds to complete the installation of the community’s infrastructure. As an additional incentive to sell these remaining Phase Two parcels and further fund the community’s infrastructure improvements, the first inventory of trees on these parcels has been completed and is included in the sales price.
